Want to Stream Torrent Movies and TV Shows Directly to Your iPhone & iPad? We Show You How

By | May 20, 2015

Do you want to directly stream movies to your iPhone and iPad for free without jeopardizing your phone by jailbreaking? Of course you do, and that’s why we’ve compiled this handy guide to show you how.

We give you the lowdown on how to stream all your favourite movies and TV shows through Movie Box, using Popcorn Time Alternative for iOS.

After being released on desktops last year, the Popcorn Time programme went down a treat. The cinema is great, but to avoid bankrupting yourself every week, sometimes it’s nice to stay in and enjoy a movie from the comfort of your bed. The growing popularity of Netflix and Hulu points to a new model, where ease of use and competitive pricing take centre stage. Popcorn Time proved you don’t need to pay money to enjoy great quality films at the touch of a button. Sadly, because of the copyright issues surrounding streaming copyrighted content, the developers at Popcorn Time soon found themselves facing pressure from production firms to halt the publication of their software.

Unsurprisingly, the savvy internet community realised all it took was a downloaded of the app’s source code to access Popcorn Time or any of its alternatives.

To save you trawling endless web forums in search of your movie paradise, we’ve compiled a guide so you can download ‘Movie Box’ for free, allowing you to stream movie torrents directly on your iPhone and iPad.

How to Download & Install Movie Box Without Jailbreaking.

Because of its association with illegal activities, Movie Box is not available to download on the iOS App Store. If you want to download it, you’re going to have to use the same trick as the one we taught you for installing Game Boy Advance (GBA4iOS) and Nintendo DS (NDS4iOS) emulators on iPhone 6:

  1. Launch the Settings app, and go to General > Date & Time.
  2. Turn off ‘Set Automatically’
  3. Now, just change the time to September 16th, 2014.
  4. Launch Your Safari
  5. Go to pgyer.com/moviebox, and install the app by tapping on the big green button.
  6. Launch Movie Box.

You can now go back and turn on ‘Set Automatically’ to correct the system date & time.

Now go ahead and launch Movie Box on your iOS device. The app is sleek and fairly easy to use, but best of all, you can stream or download the latest movies and TV shows. Not only that, but you can save specific films and shows to your favorites, see all your recent downloads, queue up your watch list and more!

Remember that CupertinoTimes is only sharing this knowledge with you for educational purposes, and downloading any copyrighted material is against the law. As such we do not condone any such activities.
